Gin Based Cocktails

Caorunn’s Mule

1/4 cup of peeled/diced Cucumber
16 Mint Leaves
2 oz Caorunn’s gin
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 oz FENTIMANS Ginger Beer

Muddle mint leaves into a cocktail shaker with ice, add all ingredients except Ginger Beer. Strain into tall glass and add Ginger Beer. Garnish with Mint Sprig.

Victoriana Louloubelle

0.5 oz Caorunn’s gin
Elderflower Cordial
4 Mint Leaves
1 dash of Sugar
Juice of 1 Lemon
0.75 oz Blackraspberry Liqueur
0.75 oz Cherry Mernier
5 oz FENTIMANS Victorian Lemonade

Gin & Tonic

2 oz Caorunn’s gin
125ml FENTIMANS Tonic Water

Pour Caorunn’s gin into highball glass over ice cubes and fill with Tonic Water. Garnish with Lime or Cucumber.

Gin Buck

2 oz Caorunn’s gin
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
6 oz FENTIMANS Ginger Beer

Pour Caorunn’s gin and Lemon Juice into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with Ginger Beer and garnish with Lemon.

12.5ml Martini
37.5ml Caorunn’s gin
12.5ml Orange Liqueur
75ml FENTIMANS Victorian Lemonade
